IgCE provides professional IT, cybersecurity, AI, automation, training, and custom software solutions for nonprofits, small businesses, community organizations, schools, churches, and growing teams.

And when you hire IgCE, your investment reaches further.
Revenue generated through our professional services helps support cybersecurity education and hands-on technology training for young people in Chicago.
Professional technology solutions today. Technology professionals for tomorrow.
Based in Chicago. Engagements are on-site, remote, or both. We are a nonprofit, and we work with businesses as readily as with other nonprofits.
Start with the problem, not the service. Most engagements begin with an assessment and end up simpler than the organization expected.
We can manage what you already have.
02We can protect it.
03We can make it smarter.
04If the solution does not exist, we can build it.
05We can help your people understand and use it.
Reliable technology support for organizations that need experienced IT leadership without the cost of building a full internal department.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, device and access management, security configuration, vendor coordination, and the planning and documentation that keep a small organization running like a larger one. For Chicago nonprofits, schools, churches, and small businesses, this is the IT department you don't have to hire.
Not every engagement includes every service. Scope is defined with you, in writing, before work begins.
We help organizations understand where they may be exposed, strengthen their defenses, reduce risk, and develop practical security strategies appropriate for their environment.
Assessments that end in a prioritized plan, not a scary PDF. Identity and access, MFA, configuration, website and WordPress exposure, known vulnerabilities, awareness training, and incident-response preparation sized for the organization you actually are.
Not every engagement includes every service. Scope is defined with you, in writing, before work begins.
The IgCE Cyber Health platform will check a website's exposure and explain the findings in plain language. It's in development. Join early access and we'll notify you when it opens.
What a findings summary looks like. Every real report is specific to your environment.
Move Beyond Talking About AI. Put It to Work.
IgCE helps organizations understand where artificial intelligence can realistically improve operations, reduce repetitive work, support employees, and create new capabilities.
We begin by understanding how your organization currently works. Then we determine where AI actually makes sense. We do not implement AI because AI is popular. Understand the problem first. Choose the appropriate technology second.
Not every engagement includes every service. Scope is defined with you, in writing, before work begins.
When the right solution does not exist, we can build it.
Sometimes an organization has a problem that cannot be solved efficiently with an off-the-shelf product. IgCE can design and develop custom technology solutions based on how an organization actually works.
We do not build software merely to build software. We first determine whether an existing platform can solve the problem. If not, we can design something specifically for the organization. The goal is not to add more technology. The goal is to make your organization work better.

Not every engagement includes every service. Scope is defined with you, in writing, before work begins.
IgCE provides customized technology, cybersecurity, digital-literacy, and artificial-intelligence training for employees, leadership teams, organizations, and community groups.
Built around how your team actually works, not a generic slide deck. IgCE teaches technology every week to teenagers, seniors, and adults changing careers, so we know how to make it land with a room of people who did not sign up to become engineers.
We learn how your organization currently works, what is creating friction, and what you are trying to accomplish.
We review the technology, workflow, security, or operational challenge.
We recommend the appropriate solution, whether that involves existing technology, configuration, automation, AI, security improvements, or custom development.
Our professional team deploys the agreed solution.
Where appropriate, IgCE can continue supporting, maintaining, securing, and improving the environment.
IgCE is a Chicago-based nonprofit, and revenue from our professional technology services helps support the education and workforce programs at the heart of our mission.
That means working with IgCE is more than another technology expense. Your organization receives professional expertise and solutions while helping expand access to hands-on cybersecurity, AI, and technology education for young people who may otherwise never receive that opportunity.
Hire IgCE and put your technology investment to work twice.
Where appropriate, selected IgCE students may receive supervised exposure to real-world technology work alongside experienced professionals.
Students do not receive production credentials or direct access to confidential client data, personal information, or proprietary information. Student learning experiences use supervised, sanitized, non-sensitive environments appropriate to their age, skill level, and educational objectives.
The IgCE professional team remains responsible for all client deliverables and production work. Where appropriate, students may participate in supervised activities such as observation, documentation, lab exercises, testing in non-production environments, demonstrations, project discussions, and other non-sensitive learning experiences.
Client confidentiality, security, and professional accountability always come first.
Clients fund these outcomes by purchasing services they already need.
You're handing someone the keys. Here is how we hold them.
Every engagement is led and delivered by IgCE's professional team, accountable to you.
Your information is used for your engagement and nothing else. We are prepared to work under appropriate confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements as part of an engagement.
MFA, least-privilege access, and secure handling of credentials in our own work, not just in our advice.
You get documentation of what was done and how it works, so you're never dependent on one person's memory.
AI is used where it solves a problem, with usage policies, privacy considerations, and human review built in.
Client data stays in your systems or in agreed, secured locations. It is never used for training materials.
What's included, what isn't, and what it costs, in writing before work begins.
Access is granted per person, per need, for the duration required, and removed when the work is done.
A named point of contact, defined deliverables, and the same standard of work whether the client is a church or a company.
Any student involvement is supervised, sanitized, and educational. Students never hold your credentials or your data.
Case studies are published here only after a client has approved them and the outcome is verified. We don't publish placeholder results or invented testimonials.

Nonprofits, small businesses, schools, churches, community organizations, and growing teams, most of them in Chicago. Typically they have somewhere between a few and a few hundred users and need experienced technology help without building a full internal department.
Yes. Managed IT engagements provide ongoing support, administration, security configuration, and planning. Scope and response expectations are defined in writing before work begins.
Yes. We start by understanding how your organization works, identify where AI realistically helps, and then implement it, train your team, and set usage policies. We don't deploy AI because it's popular. We deploy it where it solves a problem.
Yes, when an existing platform can't solve the problem efficiently. We evaluate off-the-shelf options first. If none fit, we design and build web applications, internal tools, integrations, dashboards, and automation around how you actually operate.
Yes. An assessment covers accounts, identity and access, MFA, configuration, website and WordPress exposure, known vulnerabilities, and staff awareness, and it ends with a prioritized remediation plan you can act on.
Yes. Training is customized to your team and your tools: cybersecurity and phishing awareness, AI literacy and prompting, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, digital literacy, privacy, and briefings for leadership.

Yes, and that's the recommended starting point. Request a technology assessment, tell us what isn't working, and we'll recommend a path. Sometimes that's a few configuration changes; sometimes it's a larger project. Either way you'll know before you commit.
You do not need to know which service you need. Tell us what is not working, what you want to improve, or what you wish technology could do for your organization. We will start there.
